Months after the birth of Prince Michael Jackson II in 2002, his first public appearance took place in Germany, where he was seen in his father’s arms, hanging over the edge of a balcony with his head covered by a white blanket.
Following that unusual incident—when his father tried to protect his identity by covering his face—the youngest of Michael Jackson’s three children became known by the nickname “Blanket.”
Later in life, he would move away from both that nickname and the name Prince.
Now known as Bigi Jackson, the 22-year-old—who has said he “can’t sing or dance”—keeps a low profile and stays far from the spotlight that once surrounded his father.
After being seen recently, the long-standing question of whether he is the biological son of the King of Pop has finally been answered.
Born via an unknown surrogate in February 2002, Prince Michael II—now Bigi—is the younger brother of Prince Michael, 27, and Paris, 26, whose mother is Michael Jackson’s ex-wife, Debbie Rowe.
While the world speculated about the mysterious surrogate, whose identity was never officially confirmed, The Mirror has claimed she was a Mexican nurse named Helena who lived outside San Diego at the time.
However, the woman who gave birth to Bigi was only the surrogate, and the identity of the egg donor remains unknown.
Despite ongoing rumors about his paternity, reports confirm that the “Thriller” singer is indeed his biological father.

Bigi is the same child many remember as the baby whose face was covered with a blanket while his father held him over a Berlin hotel balcony.
The nickname “Blanket” came from that moment, as Michael used the covering to shield him from paparazzi and public attention.
Now grown up, Bigi continues to live a very private life, unlike his two siblings.
His sister Paris is a singer, model, and actress, known for roles in shows like American Horror Stories and Sex Appeal.
His brother Prince, who studied business administration, is an actor, producer, and co-founder of Heal Los Angeles, a charity supporting underserved communities.
He also runs a YouTube channel, where Bigi occasionally appears.
Bigi, who was just seven years old when his father passed away due to cardiac arrest caused by a combination of medications, has developed a strong passion for environmental issues.
Speaking about his commitment to the planet, he said:
“That’s what each of us [siblings] wants to do—create things that people enjoy but also benefit their lives.”
He added, “I think it’s important for all of us to know this. There’s still work to be done, but our generation understands how important it is.”

Recently, Bigi and Prince—who are reportedly “best friends”—were seen speaking with guests at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
The brothers were attending a celebration of their father’s birthday at the Michael Jackson ONE show by Cirque du Soleil.
Their sister Paris was not present, as she was on tour with the 1990s rock band Incubus.
Prince, known for engaging with fans, wore dark jeans, a gray shirt, sneakers, and a baseball cap that partially covered his long braided hair.
Bigi, on the other hand, wore all black, with his long dark hair tucked neatly behind his ears.
The two brothers were photographed with fans, some of whom were dressed head-to-toe in outfits inspired by Michael Jackson.
Fans quickly took to social media to share their thoughts.

Instead, Bigi has different ambitions.
“I want to become a director because it’s fun. I make little films at home with my cousins and friends,” he shared.
